If you contact KERNTEC for support, we will keep an internal record of what support was given. We use your information only when it will be important for KERNTEC to contact you.

Sending Emails

We use e-mails to communicate with clients, associates, and others, to confirm requested services and to periodically send information regarding KERNTEC. We strive to promptly reply to your messages. The information and/or comments you send to KERNTEC may be stored and used to improve the web site, enhance KERNTEC’s services and products, or it may be reviewed and discarded. However, your information will only be shared with a third party with your explicit permission.

Only If We Have To

As stated previously in this policy, we will not share your personal information except when we are required by law unless we have given you notice and choice, or we must comply with a legal process served on our web site.

Service Providers

We use a web site hosting company, e-mail and internet providers for this web site and other electronic communications. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Tell-A-Friend

If a client elects to use KERNTEC’s referral service for informing an associate about our web site, we ask them for the friend's name and e-mail address. KERNTEC will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the KERNTEC site, and store the information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact KERNTEC at info@kerntecindustries.com to request the removal of this information from our database if they so desire.
